now test the thermostat. you cant. this needs to be in compressed position then it can be tested. this i would love to see. Car is overheating and i cant check the bloody thermo.

Man, that's not an issue, you are connecting a 10/100 switch, if the packets are traveling to port 5 from that switch obviuosly the top speed is limited to 10/100 for that reason the orange led is turning on, but if you disconnect the other switch that limitation vanish

PROBLEM IS EGR. Remove the plug from the switch and see it will stop. Or delete it from the ecu and will be normal.

I have these symptoms now, while the engine is cold, it twitches like in the video, only on the move, at low revs. When the engine warms up, the problem goes away. How did you solve the problem?

Oh no, I have exact same problem. When i drive (50km/h) and the engine is cold the rpm fluctuates. Then, when the engine is warmed up, there is no problem with rpm. Do u have any ideas, whats the problem?

I got rid of that cr4p car 🤣 i have a non-breaking honda now. The problem in the video could be the injectors. One of my injectors was spraying not enough and late I guess.. and it made a terrible smell especially when cold. Also, the engine stalled many times when I was about to drive from stand-still, when not applying throtle, mostly at idle, especially when the engine was cold, I guess because it just happened in that fraction of the second the faulty injector was not slraying enough, or late.. I think that was my problem because the fuel pressure regulator (which can be another cause of this rpm fluctation) was totally ok. I also had check engine light regarding the oxygen sensor. I replaced that with a new one after less than a month it came back If you run profesional diagnosis you can see if the injectors or the fuel pressure regulator are going bad

Jeśli dzieje się tak po zapaleniu zimnego silnika sugeruję wymienić czujnik ciśnienia paliwa na listwie Common Rail, jest montowany od czoła listwy, niedaleko termostatu.

Hello. My (W204 646.811) rpm needle was moving the same at idle. Cause was the water pump. Worn-out water pump bearings caused that w.pump was shaving metal inside and that was slowing down the rpm's. Try to start your engine with serpentine belt removed. If the issue disappears when serpentine belt is not on, you probably have one of accessories causing it. In my case water pump was the causing accessory.

When the high presure pump gets rusty. From the bad quality (Watery diesel) You have to replace the pump and the injectors as well. Hence the dirt. kzfaq.info/get/bejne/ppuAequTnsyzZZ8.html

I had the same fault. I had to replace the injectors. But it could be the high presure pump as well. When the car was cold I was connected a diagnostic device. And in the injectors data I could see 2 of the injectors was out of the spec a little bit. After I replaced them the fault went away. The injector cleaner or filter replacement did not help at all. Some people was complaining about the common rail pressure sensor aswell.

Thank you for support. I will check injectors data of course. Although I observe this problem when I start cold engine with outside temperature +5°C to +15°C. Outside this temperature range after start cold engine is all right.

When the weather was cold the fault was even more noticable at start. But some time it was doing it at the red lights aswell but much less.

Unfortunately no, but the problem is probably presure sensor or presure valve on cdi fuel strip.
