I eyeballed the butter and it kind of had the smell of burned popcorn at the end of 25 min. I just used Cadbury chocolate cuz that’s what I had. So tedious to line them all up so get your patience ready

Cheap bark is not chocolate...if you use real chocolate it must be tempered which is why it didn't work when you used higher quality chocolate...don't stir with a knife!

The one used in the video is a Chocolate Pro by Wilson but you can also use a double boiler pot like they have in the background. I'm not sure about caramels but the instruction book that comes with the Chocolate Pro should say. Hope yours are tasty!

Thank you very much! They look delicious! I'm going to sprinkle a little pepper flakes to the chocolate bark as it's melting. The combo of chocolate, butter, chile, and salt, phew! Heaven on earth. Night sweet ladies :)
