You can install a set of bow bunks in place of that center roller. That will help keep the bow in line provided the trailer isn't too deep in the water

Is the water pickup theoufh rhe hull? My project boar has a motor mounted water pump and it comes through the hull. Something to look at.

Updated video shows the problem was the rubber hose between heat exchanger and outdrive!
@ohenrysservicesjeep23311 күн бұрын
There were a few problems with the boat when I got it one was the rubber hose connecting the exhaust was not properly installed and was causing a pretty massive leak.. I was basically pumping water into the boat ... the second problem was the 4 lower bolts on the outdrive were fairly loose and was causing leakage.. The third problem was no ceiling at the bottom end of the transom and outdrive.... Last video I posted at the time of this response was following a 3 hour lake test that went very well....
@ohenrysservicesjeep23311 күн бұрын
The answer would be ...water pickup is in the outdrive near bottom....bigger issue were outdrive bolts loose and rubber hose connecting outdrive to heat exchanger was not installed properly..

Those holes your talking about welding up is where the shovel head bracket welds on, you will also need to re drill the holes for the footman loops that hold the straps for the shovel handle. You can buy the corner radius's you need from Cameron manufacturing, they make all the panels you need.
@ohenrysservicesjeep233Ай бұрын
Thanks, I wish I could find a diagram of where axe holder footman loop and shovel mounts belong. I already finished the front corner radius section came out nice. Thanks for the info

Should be about a 2" diameter hole where the trailer plug goes, you may be able to see from the back where it has been filled in.
@ohenrysservicesjeep2334 ай бұрын
It was close to a 2 in hole that was previously welded up with 2 threaded holes along the top and should have 2 on the bottom like my m38a1 had
