As @keiracohen4151 stated, a caboodle is all the things of a group. The phrase it is linked with it 'the whole kit and caboodle', which, when said quickly, sounds like kitten caboodle. For example, if a chess kit is the game board and pieces, the whole kit and caboodle would be the board, pieces, game logbook, pen/pencil for notations, and timer. Colloquially, the phrase means essentially everything that can be included in whatever subject we're discussing. I hope this isn't more than you were looking for. 🙂

My play through I don’t think they intended for us to transfer amber, inventory, virtue, etc. to each new character. If they did we would have to transfer damage, spell uses, and conditions too. I think the whole point of these first few weeks is to try each character with a fresh slate so as to get a feel for what gameplay will be like with each of them. If you transfer items and parameters the feel for each character will become more and more skewed which ruins the whole point of trying each character. 0:02 1-B) Entertain the kids: 11 - 1 + 2 = 12 (+1 amber) 2) Shop for supplies: +4 meal rations (-4 amber)

@@T2Gamers one of my graphic design friends once told me that in order to help with client satisfaction he always offers at least three different sample ideas to help them feel like they are involved in the process. That being said, his art also represents his own brand as well. So, to make sure his brand stays true to his style he chooses the one he likes best and then skews the others to be slightly off by just enough that the subconscious mind sees it while the conscious mind does not. ex: off center, slightly canted, a bad color choice, etc. In this way the client almost always chooses the sample he wants them too. That is what playing this character reminds me of. It is like the devs wanted to increase customer satisfaction by giving them more characters to choose from. Then, they went back and altered the character stats so the player would choose the characters they actually wrote the story for.
