@@MrAssassinash the main difference is barrel length and the detachable stock , the barrel diameter and all other parts from the 2240 will fit a 2250 .

@@MrAssassinash well I'm not the best person to ask probably I spent over 450 dollars the build my bling 2240 and probably the same for the pcp I built from a 2240 . I can say if you are ready to spend the money you will be pleased with the product these guns are powerful and with the increased barrel length you will get around 500 to 550 feet per second , there are literally 100s of upgrades you can add over time , stell breeches , AR style stocks. Check out Buckrail-line.com for some sweet upgrades .

@@MrAssassinash one additional note you can build a 2250 from a 2240 . All you need is a longer barrel and a Crosman stock . 2240 100 bucks stock about 40 bucks , barrel around 40 dollars. It's pretty simple work with lots of videos online about how to put alonger barrel on a 2240 . The parts for these guns are completely interchangeable. On my pcp build using a product called a safepack I got over 24foot pounds with a 14 inch barrel . For stock co2 the upper end of power with a co2 is around 670 to 700fps with 14 grain pellets . One awsum upgrade is to buy a hammer spring set from ebay , they are half the length of the standard hammer spring but a lot stiffer the shortness of the spring is by design , it gives you something akin to a slingshot hammer , what that means is when you pull the trigger and the hammer slams home it won't bounce on the valve stem it stops hammer bounce which gives off tiny puffs of air after your pellet has already left the barrel it save Co2 and gives a more powerful shot with less waisted co2 gas

@@jasonnealey8325 Rite. Hammer spring is on my list. The auto load 10 pellet thing is at bottom of my list. The first thing I require is a very good suppressor becasue I want as little peoole as possibke knowing I am shooting. My yoitibe research tells me the bigger the silencer the more effective it is. Do you have any reccomendations?

@@ReMarkAbleMagic thanks for the info I have since upgraded the iron sights and put a riger 1022 sight on the rear , the original factory sight works ok but for my eyes it's too close when using a riffle, ebay Valmurph sells a breech extension that takes a ruger 1022 sight . Alliance Hobby sells a shaved rear sight on the cheap for breeches that have the dove tail You should check out my most recent build on the 362c , it's pretty unique and shoots as good as I'm capable of performing. Thanks for commenting, have you seen my 2240 pcp build? So easy pretty much anyone can do it , although it's more expensive in the long run over just buying the 3622 pcp .

@@user-qv9dk1zt7h this is just a 22 cal they do have breach kits in 25 cal but it's a lot more complicated to build using s Maurader barrel which has to be cut and ported

Good idea , I usually put a trigger shoe on it but the brass trigger sounds appealing , it would be smoother , I used a spent 22cal casing on the top of my sear spring brass on brass is super smooth

@@Dizzee44 these will fit all 11mm barrel so yes it would fit . 3 places you can find them Ebay Alliance Hobby. and last time I checked Gmac2240 parts had them pretty much any adapter saying it will fit crosman on ebay will fit on all guns in that family of airgun, 2240 1322 1377 drifter , ratcatcher etc . Caliber doesn't mater as all these guns have an 11mm barrel diameter

I would be interested to hear your results . I've often contemplated getting a grave mag but also went thru the extended probe and now hollow probe , I can tell you I gained about 18 feet per second using the hollow bolt probe from Alliance Hobby. Good luck 👍

​@@jasonnealey8325Update: So I bought a 'GravMag' and made myself a hollow probe out of brass. The issue is the hollow probe tries to 'chop' the seat of the next pellet when loading the one in the breech... * the std probe has a ramped end that safely pushes the waiting pellet back up the loader. When I get time I'm sure this can be overcome with a little fettling of the probe 🖖

Ebay is your best bet , the part that goes in front of the breech is available on ebay type in crosman 2240 . And you will find , the barrel shroud is home made , you need 12mm inside diameter to fit the 11mm barrel of crosman guns , Ruger 1022 rear site is available on ebay

Right now getting 800fps with 22grain Hand N slugs at 2400 PSI I get 5 shots

I'm happy to help Honestly I have to DIY carbines from safepacks and 2 store bought PCPs I would never sell or trade my DIY projects , it was an eye opener that many airguns have the capability to shoot High in foot pounds but most manufacturers are building for high shot count not high power ,

It's from froggy airguns or valmurph on ebay it's called a safepack , if it's a safepack it's made by the guy running froggyairgums

Stands for quick detach it's a military invention for taking a riffle sling off or putting in quickly , you simply push a button and the sling mount comes out easy . Thanks for commenting and let me know if you have any more questions

You have a good eye Joseph, it's one of my favorite pistols , I have some Houge over mold grips on it but I'm leaning towards getting some custom carved wood grips from same maker I bought from to get the floral grips for the 2240 . They have a sweet set of walnut grips with a floral patern caved in .

The shroud is simply slip fit over the barrel , at the end of the barrel there is either a moderator adapter or muzzel break to hold it in place , for the shroud itself you need a carbon fiber tube measuring 12 mm inside diameter, there will be a slight gap 1mm which I filled by wrapping plumbers tape around the barrel at each end , I also used 2 rubber Orings at each end in case my cut on the tube wasn't perfectly straight, I used a pipe cutter on my carbon tube to get a strait cut you have to go slow because the pipe cutter is designed to cut metal . @@jasonnealey8325 thanks for the reply, I’m currently making mine right now. I have the shroud complete and on the 1377, it’s snug but I don’t have the original barrel band/sight. I ordered one on eBay and that should do the trick. How did you get a barrel band that fits the new shroud so perfectly? I’m going to have to cut mine back a little bit to get the front sight/barrel band on.

@@pigeon85 for the 1322 I did same put a shroud on it the barrel band/ pump pivot I have on it was after market . I just measured carefully. On the 362C , I have the shroud split in 3 pieces the part that is longest and snugs up to the breech is held on the factory barrel band you have to put the shroud on from the rear , then I have a small section of shroud between the factory barrel band and an aftermarket front sight, then another 1 or 2 inch section that fits between front sight and a muzzel break / moderator adapter. When I get home today I can do another vid talking about some of the things you are asking about .

@@pigeon85 no problem, I have a bit of experience and happy to help out if I have the knowledge, I would love to see your finished product , honestly I'm surprised more people haven't tried this mod it makes the gun look so much better , it makes it fairly unique and look at any high end airgun they all have carbon fiber shrouds . At one point I had thoughts of opening an ebay store and offering precut shrouds but not very many people seem interested so far . If possible post your results when finished .

No man not true , I answered how to get them when you asked last time , I don't have any extra brass breeches , they were easy to come by for a while at a reasonable price but currently going for around 100 bucks on ebay or Alliance Hobby, I appreciate your comments .

It's the 2400 psi version. It's incredibly loud , my phone mutes any loud noise so it wasn't very illustrative , way louder than a co2 2240 or any Pump airgun, this one is getting 5 shots. , slugs are 22 grain but I hesitate to give FPS numbers as I use a phone app and there can be errors due to incorrect measurements.

I don't have any extra bass breeches but they can be found on Alliance Hobbys website , the brass barrel band / pump pivot can also be bought there , One thing not very evident in the video is it also has a barrel shroud made from a carbon fiber tube inside diameter is 12 mm it Fitts perfectly in the gap between pump tube and Barrel . I bought mine from Amazon and used a pipe cutter to get a strait cut .
