Balance my bro, balance. To do and not do, Work and relax, dont over do either. They complement each other. You have to yake the time to relax and enjoy the simple things in life and also be able to jump on an opportunity to create something when that opportunity arrises. Both of these states Sit in the Body, so maintaining the body in a good stable state is important, calm yet ready for accion. Let me give you two techniques. One is to first understand that the body needs to stay warm and flexible in order for it to move when you need it to move or stay when you need it to stay, so for that you can develop a warm up and stretching habit. It only takes a minute ot two, even 30 secs before or in between activities,the 3 basic movements are to stretch, bend and twist, this to keep your body warm and ready as opposed to cold and lazzy, it keeps your blood, oxygen, energy and ideas flowing. The second technique is combining breathing with some thoughts, so have different types of breaths, the long deep breath, medium breaths and short simple breaths. So your going to take one long and deep slow breath were you fully inflate your lungs and hold it and slowly let it go, combined with your the thought of a complete you the fully realized you, the greatest you, as you do the long deep breath try yo visualize tha, you use this breath only one to three times per day this is the most power breath dont over do it, just one in the morning marbe one during the day and one at night, and maybe one when your having a a ruff moment, but save it to affirm your greatest version dont use it for dumb shit. The medium breath you do this one a little more through out the day, just when you need a little boost, regulare it, use it for dinamic tasks. The simple breath is kinda automatic, the body mostly does it by itself you can feel it as it happens or you can do it yourself, this simple breath happens through out most of your day but you can enjoy it. Most of your day is in between the simpleshrt, and medium breath. But yeah take your time to understand both of this techniques and implement them, and understand the balance between the two states of do and not do. Hope this helps bro, peace

Question kinda lost rn with getting into setting up ads Im a beginner I have my product and site fully set up. Just wondering if u can provide any info on how to get started when/where to advertise my product.
@aidanwedge
@aidanwedge 12 күн бұрын
it depends on the product, because if your product isn't very useful, but looks cool and appeals to a younger age, I would say advertise on tiktok. But if you product is useful, solves a solid problem, and appeals to adults, I say market on facebook.

Hi sir! I just finished watching your videos, and I must say, your content is truly amazing! However, I noticed that there's room for improvement in terms of KZfaq Video optimization. By making some tweaks, you can increase your video views, channel traffic, and subscribers. I took the liberty of creating a report on your channel and pinpointed the areas that need improvement. If you're interested, I'd be happy to share it with you.

I felt the same today and that’s fucking orrible man. Things will get better and we will think about these days as a lesson to what life truly is. Love from Italy🇮🇹 don’t give up on your dreams but more importantly don’t give up on yourself. You, me and all those of you who felt the same deserve the right to be happy, to be at peace with yourself, to love life as it is. Sometimes is only difficult to comprehend what’s happening while is still happening, so be strong and remember that your thoughts don’t define what you are capable of doing in this life.

A little motivation for you You set a goal of $1k, youre going to get the same emotion if feeling worthless and a failure if you dont achieve it Look down at your “feet” and walk the path and the thousand dollars will come when you put the reps in. Be confident in your work, learn a skill, provide value. Imagine being lost in a forest with the goal of getting out, if you just run and run you will probably die, you need to take it one step at a time to get out and survive Same with business, hope this helps

Maybe you have bi polar disorder. The excitement and grandiose thoughts are called mania, or being manic. It can cause you to make dangerous, risky decisions… but they don’t feel risky or dangerous in the moment bcuz you feel so positive about your thoughts. Then you feel stupid bcuz you realize how out of touch with reality your ideas or hopes were. That’s when the depression sinks in. It’s called manic-depressive disorder. I think this is becoming a lot more common, because young adults are under so much pressure to achieve great things just to make a decent living… so it amplifies the desperation and mental illness

If your part time isn't enough right now and you really need the money badly, wouldn't it be just a much safer and smarter to find a full time job, so you could still have time to pursue dropshipping instead of going "all in" and selling your shit? Not to mention the fact that drop shipping isn't really a marketable skill for the long term. Also a question since I'm going through the same ordeal, you said "I'm not going to be a failure" where is the line where giving up is okay (and if your answer is never, wouldn't you just be stubborn in that case)? Maybe this just isn't the career path meant for you?
@aidanwedge
@aidanwedge 25 күн бұрын
I appreciate this comment, thank you. Full time jobs take up energy, obviously you can create energy to do work out of pure will power, but that work you do will never be 100%. Drop shipping is a means to and end, I don't plan on doing it for the rest of my life, its similar to a part-time job - you work temporarily to make money. Its just with drop shipping its takes months to actually become profitable. And in terms of being a failure, honestly if what you said is your mindset then you will never be successful. You can fail at many things, BUT to accept your current position in life and be okay with it, that is what a failure is to me. Obviously its okay to feel content with your life at an older age once you've accomplished things, but right now, I have so much energy and drive to succeed, that me giving up would absolutely go against my dreams, making me a failure to my own ideal. Being stubborn is an outsiders opinion on someone who is determined, I do not think I am stubborn. I don't even know my career path right now, I just want it. Thanks for leaving the comment seriously, you made me think hard on this one.

"Dropshipping isnt really a marketable skill for the long term"? Hell yes it is. You learn how to market and how to sell to consumers (whether paid or organic) you learn how to be a leader when you hire VAs, you learn about logistics, suppliers and products. Learning dropshipping means you learn all these that can be transferred to any future business venture

definitely think reselling is a great option. I myself do a lot of reselling but the thing you have to understand is that selling stuff online takes time. Its unrealistic to think that you need (or can get) 1000 by next wednesday, you have to measure your expectations otherwise you'll only cause yourself more stress for no payoff. If you're just starting out trying to get consistent with something like this you need to understand it will take time. You can do this man!

Man its okay, this kind of thing happens to everyone. Just try to hold yourself to be more positive and try to work hard so that you can have money to fall back on in case life gets tough instead of trying to buy something you dont need. You just said you were the brokest you've ever been, thats okay, but whats not okay is beating yourself up about wanting something. I want you to succeed and I know motivation comes and goes but if you can be dedicated enough then you'll be able to succeed. hoping you can do well man!
