I have only 2 weeks for my NCLEX date. My CAT practice exams got 75-76-75-76-77% average the questions are not challenging for me when it goes longer it becomes easier is that normal? I want a more challenging questions in CAT to assess my knowledge more 😞 I'm anxious for my NCLEX.

No buddy nurse or preceptor has given me practical tips on time management. Ward nursing basics; BGLSs before breakfast, IVABs first as they take to set up, aftrrnoon shift TDS obs can wait a couple of hours. I've had it with Team Leaders who speak to me like a naughty toddler when I'm asking for help. 'Don't you know that?', 'Why do want to do that?' Two months in & love nursing but most nurses can't teach or have a grasp of basic manners.
