I saw this on a even greater scale when I was in Dallas in 1991 watching Oliver Stone film his movie "JFK". Was absolutely fascinating seeing everything recreated and hundreds of extras and cars and business in period dress like I was in a time machine.

Queen of the South . As Indonesian, when you say queen of the South, they will either scare, awe, or terrified xD. Every Indonesian from Pangandaran knows what or who i'm talking about

Thank you Mr Ken Winn! My parents helped build Pleasant Grove from the beginning in the 1950's until my Dad died in 1996. My family did it's share of upkeep and now, I see your doing MORE than your share! May you be Blessed!

A person should be able to leave their car anywhere and find it right where they left it in the same condition as when they left it -- no one has the right to take someone else's property! But due to CRIMINALS slithering around stealing -- no one is safe anywhere any more! Shameful and sad!

35 years for stealing a car? I knew about a woman who killed two people because she was driving under the influence and she got 8 years! Something is terribly wrong with the justice system.

I'm sick of all the comments on here that say "35 years is too much for one theft!!!" He got 35 years for constant REPEAT thefts - just look at his attitude ("then know it's gonna get took")! He's a menace to society. Not just for one theft, but for choosing a CAREER of being an unrepentant drug-addicted thief who needs to steal on a daily basis to support his disgusting and illegal habit! I'd probably have given him MORE then the 35 years, to be honest.....especially for his butchering of the English language.

"It's unfair, they know it's gonna get took!" Well then maybe we need a serious attitude adjustment in those poorer neighborhoods.

They could lay 10, or 10k dollars in the seat. Doesn't matter if it's fair or not. It's not yours. Don't be a thief and you wouldn't be there.

It was really good to see that thief had been sentenced to a 35 year term of incarceration, one can only imagine the lives affected by his constant theiving. Now the community gets a 35 year break from him preying on the people. The sentence is the deterrent, and its certainly working in his case, despite him feeling that its only fair and natural for him to steal other people's property. I would love to have seen his face when the Judge gave him 35 years...

“Leaving these cars in poor neighborhoods just isn’t fair”?????? They leave the cars where the most cars are stolen. If they leave a bait car in a nice neighborhood, 10 homeowners will call police to report an abandoned car, not steal it. Dishonest scumbags will always try to justify their crimes. When this guy gets out, he will no doubt go back to crime, because he sees it as justified. He pretends he is a Victim. All criminals do.
