Some good catches there. The reg of the C130J is 5607, nicknamed "Idunn". Most likely off to Brekstad (OLA) or Evenes (EVE)

Most are set on medium. Getting between 30-45fps at airfields

App Speed a bit high for EGNM + for short runway like this normally flaps 40 is used + Autobrake normally is at 3
