I have a question, wht are your thoughts on AI threats? is it possible for AI to replace novelist creativity?
@thefantasystoryteller3 күн бұрын
Hey Amira. I'm actually working on a video regarding AI now. No I don't think AI can totally replace creativity as we give it the ideas. However what could happen in the long run is a more complex issue.

I discovered this channel, particularly this video, by pure chance; and im so, **so** grateful i did. I struggle with depression and borderline debilitating anxiety, and it was starting to make me doubt my writing. This felt like a warm hand pulling me up out of that pit, a reminder on why what i'm doing is important. Thank you for making this.

You are on a path that is very difficult for others to follow. you are forced to write, expecting no benefits , if not, you will fall sick. Nature is pushing you hard coz it trust you more and finds you as the medium to speak about things that are subtle and deep. Trust your spirit and hold the pen. There are more characters waiting in the dark to find expressions through you.

Thank you for your amazing insight. What I got from this video is that a negative change arc can be just as effective as a positive one, especially if the characters' experiences, background and emotions are fully explored. It's true that people don't always overcome their wounds. Sometimes, they get worst instead of getting better. It's worth keeping in mind if I ever go back to writing again.

It really is true that some words are meant to eventually reach you no matter what. This was a powerful video. As someone who had struggled with anxiety as a teen, storytelling was where I found the desire to overcome what I saw as my limitations. Unfortunately, I stopped writing after I went to uni. Things were just too stressful then. I left a number of unfinished story that I just never went back to, Partly because It feels too daunting a task now. But, perhaps a seed has been planted today.

A really nice insight into the mind of the author. It's like casting characters for a movie role. They've been waiting for the right story to appear in. It's really awesome. As for video format, you can always change between the two. They're both great by the way, but It's what you have to say that truly matters.

I love watching authors talk about their ideas and worldbuiliding process. I'm glad I found this channel. This video was interesting because I grew up with similar stories of witchcraft myself. They've haunted my immagination for most of my childhood until I realised they were just superstitions, At least, that is what I believe. Unfortunately, the belief and fear of witchcraft still has tremendous consequences in some parts of the Africain soil. I'm very intrigued by Heathens and so I've added it to my TBR list. I also hope to check more contents in this channel.

I'm glad it was interesting. Some of the stories are just downright terrifying 😅. I'm sure you'll love Heathens.
@user-fu3cu8ti8qАй бұрын
@@thefantasystoryteller Absolutely, they were very haunting stories. The fact That people took them serious only added to the terror, especially as a child. I recall when I was growing up, there was a child around our age who people branded a witch. Most of the adult at the time told us never to play with or take anything from him or he'll comeback to ask for it at night and force you to also become a witch. It's really sad to think about. As for Heathens, I'm very much looking forward to discover it.
