How did the programmer keep singularity from causing a big issue? I see that forearm whipping around.
@ndleonard2 ай бұрын
It is possible to use joint movements to avoid singularity. I often have to do so to get tooling onto a position I need it to be in.

Hi Chris, can we get the list of greases and oils used for the lubrication of Robotic systems ?
@sezerakcakaya8 ай бұрын
Arc welding is not in good position. You should be using a positiner while welding.
@williamlogan17753 ай бұрын
CJP is CJP no matter what angle your torch is at. Only issue you might have pulling away like that an that angle is shielding gas but if thats all its welding it wont be an issue.

wtf is that config on bending robot, why second axis is going below like that, could you ceep the same range on third axis throu out whole proces? was there problems on 5th axis if robot would have more common configs?

Hi Chris, have you found a simple/fast way to fill the J5/J6 oil on the M20ia?

Hello Cris, It is posible to replace the CPU batterie with the robot turned ON?
@luigi12969 ай бұрын
Yes, you must change the cpu batteries when the robot it’s turned on, in the same way you change the batteries of mechanical unit.

Is the back gauge on the press brake needed in this set up, what’s the accuracy of the robot vs the back gauge?
@AutomationWizardry Жыл бұрын
It is needed. The robot is pretty accurate, but you can’t accurately bend a piece of metal that bends and warps. The robot can’t compensate that, so you need back gauges to get rid of the inherit uncertainties of the part. Hope that helps
