@@manisha_gada yaa i do 10000 counts kapal bhati qnd 50 counts anulom vilom and then i take 2 grated amla with 500 to 750 ml water at a time around 6.30 or 7...since i cannot eat it i gulp it down with water...so basically mai half n hour aur 45 mins ke bich mai i have 1 litre of water with 2 grated amlas empty stomach daily morning...pichle 1 yr se mera schedule distrub ho gaya tha due to shifting and all...now i have restarted it

Thanks so much. Similan islands are really gorgeous and beautiful. If you are interested in snorkeling then I would definitely suggest you go for Similan. The one day tour from Phuket can cost ~Rs. 6k. Regarding James bond island, I haven't been there hence cannot comment on that.

Hi Salman, if you choose to go by road & ferry then it ll take about 4-5 hrs to reach the pier from Phuket. And then say about 1 hr from Domsak to Koh Tao island. There may be some waiting time for the ferry. However, if you choose flight from Phuket to Koh Tao then it's much faster as there are direct flights !!
