Where I live there's an abundance of wild animals including wolves that sound pretty close to my house at night. Living in a small community without a lot of houses and people right close is good for me. Also my land joins a State Park where animals and other critters are protected. Thanks for a good stream I enjoyed it. From the Northwoods of Minnesota! *Issues with black bears are sometimes a little more tricky but usually they run off.

You mentioned stripping down and diving in a snow bank. I've been a fan of icy water dunking. Like making a hole in the ice and dipping in. Maybe your aware of this practice. In a more controlled environment football athletes and others will do this, with relieving muscle aches in mind. What's really interesting is the myriad of health benefits that occur because the body is stressed by the extreme cold, and many hormones are released to counter the effects. Maybe this coming Winter season you might give it a try? Or even pouring cold water over yourself and rolling in the snow. The Finnish farmer friends I had were a lot smarter than I first gave them credit for!

Yeah haha. I've done 365 on deadlift multiple times in the past: some on straight bar like I was in this video and other times with the trap bar. I think that the straight bar is honestly the way to go and that you should try not to get too used to using the trap bar because with the trap bar, you don't get as much range of motion as you would with the straight bar. The straight bar works the muscles much more. Anyways, thanks for tuning in and feel free to subscribe!.
