No it's the same artist in every issue. I think by issue 3 he started rushing, that'd be my guess. Forgot to mention that in the video. The first issue looked pretty good.

I think it holds up. I got it at my local comic store a couple months ago, when they released the reprint they put this and #2 on display. I didn't hesitate and got them both for about $50 😁

That sounds really cool, I'll have to look into it. I wasn't aware of that one-shot. I didn't find it TOO gritty, but it certainly isn't the same tone as the cartoon or a 70's comic book. It felt post 80's modern, which is to ones taste whether that's good or not.

I have some from my childhood and began collecting seriously again about 5 years ago. Now I have about 15 long boxes

@@KaufmanIsAlive ya my childhood wasn't anything remotely fun or nice. Didn't have finances to acquire anything for a dollar let alone buying comics lol. I started collecting around 14 when I started selling bud. Then as I grew I would offer trades to the more nerdy type of people at school who smoked weed. I'd tell them I'd give a dime bag per comic and I'd either pay in cash or equal value in weed for the comics I actually was looking for. Now I have a weatherized storage unit filled too to bottom with shelves and boxes of comics. My hulk n spiderman collection is my 🏆 and. All are graded. I've been working on moonknight and secret war. Also trying to obtain 2099 ones I can get my hands on. The 2099 spiderman was what got my attention to that line of comics years ago. I have very little dc but I remember my 2st co.ic was the death of superman set they offered as a kid. It came in a black plastic with the s symbol bloody. Had a poster of him dead in a casket and doomsday became my favorite DC up until I realized lobo was a thing and I've had shyte luck getting the 1st solo lobo and 1st appearance of lobo in even remotely decent condition. I subbed btw
