The best part is the dude at the end that hooks them up and tests them then creates the sticker that proves the provenance for collectors years down the road.

I am a fan of the Klipsch industrial series and I have in my collection the main models of the industrial family (Heresys, La Scala, MCM1900). I am in the process of restoration and I would like to know what type of finish or texture they should have, in advance, thank you.

Thx for sharing this. Brings back memories from around this time when I was a Klipsch dealer and was invited to Hope by my friend and Klipsch rep., John Miller. That trip included some Paul supplied class training at the factory, of course a spin in the anechoic chamber as well as a visit to Paul and Valerie's home for a piano recital comparing a Bösendorfer and Steinway Grand Piano as well as some Paul made recordings on his K-horns . Didn't know it/realize at the time, but what a privilege. First time I had tasted catfish and still chuckling at the memory of dinner at a local restaurant that didn't take credit cards and all the various Klipsch folks in attendance, digging into their respective pockets to get enough cash together to pay the substantial bill.

Hey, @1:09 that looks like my dad's old Bogen Challenger amp - but the chassis is deeper. Which model is it?

I might be the only guy in the world who would plan a vacation to meet you and see the museum, but then I have owned K-horns. Damn you Katrina!!!

Nice for a single guy or a rich man’s cave. But they are just too unrefined for most spaces.

I wish I could afford a Klipsch speaker that has real bass... Nice bookshelf models, but they don't go very low...

My Klipsch RB61 bookshelf spkrs have surprisingly good base. And I've got some Cornwalls with chest thumping base .

Paul was a genius, but the Celestion mid range driver falls short of his dream. Main problem is that it breaks up over the 90db level. I know I have two. Solution: Three-way system with high end Beymas handling the top end. Krrites steep slopes. Good nite!

1:00 The way men of this generation walked with piqued curiosity is something of a bygone era, plus the proper slacks and button-down shirts. Reminds me of my great-grandfather who was born in 1910.

Ok, that was my dad (Richard) who bought the tomahawks for Paul and Rudy. They were both at dad’s company HQ. Bose Company really wanted dad to move from carrying Klipsch to Bose. Did not work. Would never work. :) My dad had his picture of Paul with Rudy hanging on the wall of his man cave until he died. I have couple copies of that picture signed by both. Those were the days. Anyway, IF anyone would like many more fun decades of history to discuss, let me know! I have many many memories as fresh as yesterday.

I tried to go there last week but the volunteer had a bum foot and wasn't opening it up that day (was raining heavily too). We were vacationing in Hot Springs. Maybe I'll make it there someday. Went to some antique stores and talked to the owner who's dad worked with Paul and had some interesting stories.

My wife gifted me a pair of CW's for my birthday in 1987, now as often as possible I want her to leave the house so I can enjoy them at their potential. Funny that after I got them, my best buddy the retailer went out of business. I was already in a related field so I started myself a high end audio business. ...NAD, McIntosh, Advent, AR, etc.

And, the fact that PWK was involved in the development, and approval, makes the Jubilee a cornerstone in the line, just like the Klipschorn.
