I had the pleasure of working with Cristiana for 8 months and I have learned a lot from her. She has an amazing eye to details and her supervisor skills and passion is very beautiful for such a young woman. Even tho it was tough at times and I didn’t feel I was the best fit for the job at the time, today working in a different bar I see that the knowledge was very well passed over to me and that’s why I’m much more confident and doing well at my new job. Wishing all the best in her journey 👌🏾

Wine sales are down. Young people are drinking hard seltzers, high production costs and rising prices make wine boutiques a museum. Even the local Safeway has raised prices to be cost prohibitive to most people. Wine is a staple of life, not a luxury accoutrement

It's truly unbelievable. Canada recommends 2 drinks a week, yet provides government-sanctioned 'safe supply' of hard drugs lol Public policy regarding health is so inane and clunky. How about spreading more awareness of physical exercise and overall diet? Maybe they haven't heard of 'Blue Zones' yet? Note: my friends in the wine industry are typically all in shape...anecdotal, sure, but just go to any Wine Expo around the world.
