Some people are just borne very clever . My son was reading books on electronics whilst in cot, but we thought he was just looking at interesting diagrams. When he was four , he wrote a 2:36 computer programs for zx81 to draw a circle, whilst his dad was pouring over the book as we've just had unpacked that little computer and plugged it into the monitor. The RAM was so dodgy and I had to tweak it for him to make it work. All of a sudden we see the circle on the monitor and my son , clapping his little hands and jumping. We we shocked. He's done hundreds of similar things.
