the first contact might considered an accident... the stang make sudden movement that block the ferrari path, at same time they totally could slow down and avoid the contact however the dangerous rejoin and totally intentional act of aggression should be enough to put them on race ban

Second car should have been more aware of the speed of the car ahead. They weren't close enough to not notice. It could have been avoided and actually picked up a place.

Chasing mustang fault. While the black mustang didnt need to get on the brakes theyre in the lead and are in control of the track, it throws the rest of the field off. Also black mustang never held the brakes after the contact, and the other two chasing cars never lifted or took precautions with the incident happening. Seems like a public lobby

This happened to me twice in a race I was faster then the other drivers I was the one bumping in to them. I didn't want to slow down I knew how to take the turns faster.

mustangs fault but also it looks a bit emphasized cause of net code but also later on when he did bash you into the wall you should of been on the brakes instantly and stayed on them till you could recuperate and could get going again safely unless your majors were damaged badly then itd be retirement

I would account to that as inexperience, it’s common for players less familiar with this vet if corners to brake there as it can feel sketchy and throw you off for the next one if your not used to it, I wouldn’t put anybody particularly at fault here, not enough info to truly say anybody is truly to blame

I feel this. In ACC I play on a PS5 gamepad and in some cars I'm only comfortable with not lifting or braking, others I'm not sure if I'll lose the car so I tap the brakes. Into this corner I always give other drivers space for error because while you may lose a tenth or so you don't end up hitting anyone and ruining your races. Tough call sometimes.

They both look slow lmao this is too common in low SA lobbies. Some people are so bad it's hard to pass them n when you get close to get ready to pass next corner they slam on the brakes WAY too early. You know someone's bad or new if they brake in that corner or atleast for more than a split second.

He intentionally blocked your path. He could have easily taken the turn a lot wider since you were already on the rumble strips giving you also more space to return your car on track if he was a rl pro. He just didn't like the smart move you pulled on him and the fact that you drive smarter better faster .Generally those type of drivers can't accept 2 major intertwined facts -1 They actually suck at gaming generally -2 Can't face the fact that people are better than them.

I have to disagree, the ferrari shouldn't really have gone for the move, and having done so, should've backed out. They had barely any of their splitter up the inside, and so the lead car doesn't have to give any space, given there is technically no car next to them, but the ferrari kept his foot in it and committed, causing the collision. That is on the ferrari 100% and would be penalised IRL. Saying that, its a ban for the mustang, you cannot under any circumstance intentionally crash into someone so his penalty would be far more severe. I can tell that both parties are relatively inexperienced so chalk it up to a learning exercise and be better next time

The Ferrari wasnt side by side at the turn-in zone. So the mustang dont have to give way or open the door. Clearly the dumb the mustang gave the Ferarri is against all rules but both are dumb in this clip.
