@@ogwudireokechukwumarshall8644 The road will be tarred, it’s still a construction site. Heavy vehicles are still bringing materials to the site for construction.

Not too bad, the planning is superb but the problem is the roads, no walkways and the open gutters are very bad in this 21st century. If they can fix it and build side walkways, make some of the roads better and take care of tge green grasses, it will be a cozy area. The people living there can do better by taking care of the green grasses and cultivate more flowers. Good job from you.

@@onyinyeeohagwu942 I don’t do rentals but I can help you ask around. Terrace duplex is from 3m per annum while fully detached duplex is from 4m and above depending on the standard of the house and where is located.

@@FrankMbaogulf a land is going for 200mil and rental is from 4mil that means it will take over 40 year to make the money spent on land alone nevermind cost of building.Doesn't add up!

@@suntanglory Thank you for your comment, first where is sold for 200m currently and above is inside Zoo Estate also known as Ekulu East Estate and it’s from 1000sqm. Duplex for rent is from 8 to 10m per annum in the estate depends on the standard of the house. The 4m duplex is just inside GRA not inside an Estate and it will not be a new house. New houses the price is higher.

I hope these realtors don't sell everything to people in dispora, thereby creating a ghost town instead of meeting the accommodation needs of real Enugu residents. Government needs to step into the real estate business to properly regulate it and build affordable housing for the teeming population. People cannot be struggling to rent and buy houses in a state whereas there are lots of inhabited houses in the same city.

If it's a gated community, why do you have fences around the houses. It's OK to fence the backyard, but not the front lawn.
