Khabib Nurmagomedov is facing serious problems regarding unpaid taxes in Russia. Reports indicated that he owed more than 300 million rubles (about $3.3 million) to the Russian tax office. As a result, Russian authorities froze several of his bank accounts, including those of his Eagle FC fight promotion and his charity fund (Cageside Press) (The Express Tribune) (MiddleEasy). After his retirement in 2020, Nurmagomedov invested in various businesses such as nutritional supplements, restaurants and hotels and focused on managing Eagle FC. The tax problems arose after ownership of some companies passed to family members, prompting an investigation by Russia's tax office. Authorities suspect that funds intended for taxes were diverted to investments in Turkey and the UAE (Cageside Press) (The Express Tribune) (MiddleEasy). All the allegations against Nurmagomedov have not yet been proven to be true, but his business activities are currently under strict scrutiny, and there is a possibility that some of his companies may be closed (Cageside Press) (The Express Tribune) (MiddleEasy).

Salam Khabib team and all watchers. Be aware that this man Patrick D, is one of the ppl today that think that Islam is bad, that Muslims have a lot of children to take over the world, that Muslims are mostly terrorist and all about terrorism. For a man that has interviewed so many ppl Muslims and no Muslims, you would think his levels of knowledge and understanding would be a bit higher. I wont put an X on him yet. I still have a bit of hope that he might learn a bit more and understand better. I hope. I hope he is not of those that will sell his so ul for moneey and faame.
