There’s a couple of players on this team that is selfish. It needs to be called out. We cannot compete on the highest levels like this. It has to be addressed. There is a lot of teams that I won’t let my son play for because they don’t address this either. There has to be a reckoning. This is getting ridiculous. I am more upset about this loss than any loss we’ve ever had. There is a huge problem at play with this team and you have to take it serious if you take this basketball thing seriously

For the record Tyson is not going anywhere. This is for every team and we love this team. This is what we’ve been looking for. The search is over. It’s been over since union demolished proskills.

Ray has found his place and it’s a valuable one. Cam is emerging as a team leader. Luke is gaining confidence Beck is coming along and making better decisions Jack needs a little more training in the post. He gets those post move down. He is a major weapon. You can rely on Tyson because Tyson is an unselfish player that would never make it about himself Despite the ego of his father. I’m just Tyson’s anger translator. Please excuse me I try my best not to get emotional but I love this team and I love this game. Josiah needs to be caught up on what we’re doing as a system. His athleticism and aggression is something that we need going forward.

They were just tired. I honestly believe it. They made a lot of mistakes, but I think it was because of physical and mental exhaustion. I think they set that game up like that so they could win.

The offense needs to flow. The flow interrupts when the next person in the progression does not get the ball and someone selfishly takes a low percentage shot. Tyson always analyzes what’s going on and if it isn’t there, he passes it. To the nearest person or the person that’s open. If everyone adopts this philosophy, then the sky is the limit. Every single player on this team knows what to do with the ball at the right moment.

1:45 I’m trying to figure out what xale was thinking there. We all make mistakes. Basketball is no different. But that is unacceptable. I criticize Tyson every day of the week. Trust me. That’s why I’m combing through these films right now.

Tyson is threatened by no one. Therefore he passes the ball indiscriminately to whoever is open. I’m not trying to target anyone I’m targeting what needs to be fixed.

4:28 go back and look at this Mark. Ray looked right at Tyson wide open and turned around and threw it into traffic and caused a turnover. He does this all the time. I’m going to post the clips of him doing this. From a coaching aspect and looking forward to nationals this type of stuff Has to stop. There is no basketball reason for him to turn around and try to throw the ball into traffic and cause a turnover.

The first half of the first half it seems like they were playing. Keep away from Tyson. I notice this every now and again. I see the same thing these days with Wemby in San Antonio. Some of the other players resent his skill set. It’s natural. It happens on sports teams especially basketball. I know that the team is bigger than Tyson. The team needs to know how to win even if Tyson is not on the floor for whatever reason. But while Tyson is on the floor, he hast to be a part of the halfcourt offense. We have gotten so much better at getting Tyson the ball in halfcourt. Tyson is the most unselfish player on the team. He would never shoot the ball when someone was open with a much better shot. That aspect of Tyson’s personality needs to become a culture for the team. If we have any chance at winning the national championship, we have to put ego aside.

This team won games this weekend. They didn’t lose and that is not uncommon for this team. The thing that makes this weekend the most impressive is the one dog fight after dog fight and battle after battle. This is what makes you tough as a team. There’s still things that need to be worked on. We still make a lot of mistakes. We make a whole lot of unnecessary mistakes. But there’s plenty of time before summer.

Take two players that possess the same skills and are evenly matched. Which one would be the better ball player? The one that makes the better decisions is the answer.

It does not seem like Ray and Beck want to participate in this philosophy, about 60% of the time. A lot of people think that I want everything to be about Tyson but I’m smart enough to know that he cannot win on his own. He needs a team of talented players, so they can win together, because no man wins a championship by himself. With that being said, Beck and Ray do not like passing the ball to Tyson. We have won pretty much every game we’ve played, but there will be harder teams in those mistakes will be more costly. Tyson is the most unselfish player on the team. He will pass to anyone who is open and he believes that everyone can hit that bucket. it is time to get everybody on board with the unselfishness. If you look at the film, Tyson scores most of his points off of rebounds and other people’s mistakes. I’m not saying that he doesn’t get the ball. They have a place set up for him to get the ball. But when he is open and you do not pass it to him, you are interrupting the flow of the office and therefore 95% of the time that you avoid Tyson with that ball it will turn into a turnover.

Beck is a strong defensive presence and a quick strike threat on offense. However, He needs to work on better decision making on offense. We are at the point as a team to where we have plenty of spa e and bandwidth to reduce the amount of unforced errors.

Bennett needs reps. There is GREAT potential there. Reps will foster consistency. He needs a slightly longer lease with that length increasing overtime until summer. There is a star player in there that needs sunlight

Camden is a heavyweight in training. Hes got the spirit. He improves every game. Big play maker. Needs to make better decisions sometimes. Fewer mistakes will make his game shine and make him a formidable opponent for the defense to deal with.

Ray is the best shooter on the team. I feel like he’s trying to find his place and putting forth the effort to get there. Ray is a quick strike weapon. Death by a 1000 cuts. Hes active. They have to account for him. Ray has been moving towards a better decision making and the better the decisions, the more polished he will look as a player.
