From $565,000.00 sounds almost too good to be true. I see that the video was made on Sep 2021. Are the prices still the same? Why didn't you show the inside or outside of any of the suites on sale. Low on detail and so out of date! Makes me wonder how trustworthy anything that I hear or see is. Is it possible for you to supply a link with more up to date details of what is actually available?

Shame you didn't do a tour of an apartment with a balcony - a large balcony is essential in a Tower purchase - they're small enough already, a large Balcony offers space for a Dog & a touch of Sanity to the otherwise tight space that Architects seem to be extremely stingy in general with apartment design... For around a $1.5 Million plus Price Mark, a decent Balcony space isn't even negotiable - especially when you can spend $400,000 & get a 2 Bedroom with a Corner Balcony that runs around every living space & Bedroom, at a City Central location around South Bank or the NGV... Alot of these new towers are real cheap asses, to be perfectly honest....

Hi, thanks for your feedback - given this is a high rise development, there are no balconies on upper levels, however, you will find spacious private balconies in the lower level terrace homes. In saying this, the space dedicated to shared amenities is very generous! Is there anything else you'd be keen to see in our videos though?

It's just like living in a hotel! The concierge service is fantastic - they're there to help you with booking facilities within the building (dining rooms, theatre etc.), they can also sign for packages, and can organise removalists/maintenance services for your home for you.

I much prefer this type of apartment complex that is purely residential and not co-habit with hotels and tourists. It is secure and more like a home. I am a sucker for balcony and loves that every unit has one. Moreover the balcony is different with some full glass and others with white fences like the houses. So you really got the sense that you are living in a house in the sky. Cannot ask for a more perfect location than 560 Lonsdale and with so many exciting developments, this corner has a lot of potential. Many units have amazing views which is a bonus in the CBD and the conceige earns a lot of praises. Read this from more all the 5 stars reviews at Goggle. I think the heritage building next to this is part of the plot. Used to be a well known Italian pasta place. Your review and video of this place is super. 🤩

@@UrbanAustralia The location is obviously one of the best things! The people in the building are lovely. The concierge team are also wonderful! They got to know me quite well when I moved :) The facilities (although yet to use properly just yet) are wonderful I feel very at home here
