There is a bug since 17.5. I’ve had my do not disturb set up the same way for years- just allowing phone calls in case of a family emergency. For the last several days I’ve been awaken - last night from an email at 3am and I can usually never get back to sleep. Now until Apple fixes this bug (which wasn’t fixed on 17.5.1 yesterday) I guess I’ll have to silence phone completely.
