After many stretching videos with minimal results, this was the best video on achieving a release. The stretches did not help without first releasing the psoas. Thank you!

Man, the Indian vedic scriptures were really ahead by centuries. Chanting Om is literally stimulating the vagus nerve

I couldn't find this video again for ages , I found it again this morning after waking with some particularly painful lower back to SI pain and discomfort. The ball in the lower back felt exquisite, I could feel so much tension releasing thank you so much .

Sounds activate the vagus nerve ------------- Your vagus nerve is connected to your vocal cords, the muscles at the back of your throat and passes through your inner ear. Try humming or singing or just listening to calm, soothing music. Those sounds and vibrations may stimulate your vagus nerve.

I am wushu athlete and have always suffered with pinching and tight hips, especially in side split and crouch stance. I only discovered that the psoas can cause this. I’ve been using breathing techniques and stretching to target it, and the results great.

I found out at a young age that I hum/whimper in my sleep and I’m pretty sure now it’s because I needed to comfort myself. I also am always singing. My mom just died and the ending of this video kinda hit me, but thank you anyways 🙂

Thank you for your generosity. 9:39 After releasing a muscle you want to strengthen it in its ideal alignment. I'm proceeding to a sandbag lifting set.

I love the wholesome puns like "Match made in fascia" and "Breath Friends Forever" 😂🥰 Is it okay if I use those phrases in my yoga and meditation classes? 🧘🏼♂️

Good morning, I have been interested in the topic of breathing for several years. When traveling by bus, I often try to breathe only the volume of air "in my nose" I was interested in the topic of breathing reduction... can you "get to know" your breathing capabilities/limits during the classes? determining the minimum number of breaths per minute or minimum tidal volume. Are there methods using re-breathing or breathing with a lean oxygen mixture? supervision of an instructor, maybe somewhere, someone conducts some interesting experiments related to breathing?

My whole life makes sense now. Seriously. I've been putting the pieces together for awhile but this really explains so much. I recently had surgeries for 2 issues concerning my diaphragm I had adhesions attaching my diaphragm and liver and then I had Median Arcuate Ligament Syndrome when the ligament is slightly hooked and creates all sorts of issues. Before I knew I had all this I was attempting to "fix" myself with yoga and diet but when I got to stretching my psoas all kinds of things started going funky. NOW it ALL makes sense. As I begin my long recovery I am very grateful for this information. It will help me very much moving forward. I would say, "I wish I knew this 2 years ago" but all good things in all good time. I learned about it today and it's just the right time. Thank you so much.
