Really nice work. Everything was nice & tiiiiight, but especially the sissy squats. #drive #fortitude #puregrit "I'm back baby" ❤

Nice video. The PVC posts that can be mounted to the back of the trailer are very helpful in guiding the boat onto the trailer when it's windy, and they also help you see the back of the trailer when backing up.

what is the total tow weight of your set up for the 1875 pro v bass. ty
@AjLynn45thParallelFishing14 күн бұрын
Boat, motor & trailer are something like 2800 lbs. Add 4 group 31M AGM batteries & charger, Trolling motor, electronics, Full tank 36 gals of gas, and way too much tackle & gear, - I'm guessing that my total tow weight is close to 4,000 lbs- maybe a little more. However I pull this with the 2024 GMC Sierra 6.2L AT4 with max towing package which is rated at least twice that. So take off, accelerating, climbing hills and most importantly Stopping, is done with authority.

@@AjLynn45thParallelFishing Ya scared me for a minute. How has it held up? And how have the ultimate bunk boards done? Any damage to the hull from them? Need to do something different on mine soon.
@AjLynn45thParallelFishingАй бұрын
@@WallyHunter1875 The Ultimate Bunk Boards have been Great ! They make it Super Easy to launch & recover my rig solo and require very little maintenance. To answer your question, I can certainly determine if these bunks are some how causing damage; which they are not. In fact, the sand, grit & road grime that can & does collect on/in most all carpet bunk boards in the parking lot all day, can cause quite a bit of hull scratching regardless of the vessel's hull material. I keep a spray bottle of 303 protectant in the truck, and I wipe the bunks down with a micro fiber cloth before I load the boat evert time. Helps keep the boat sliding on & off the composite bunk easily. Try it.

AJ, are you still using the bunk rails? I installed mine about the same time you did (I used your video for installation help/guidance). Still happy? I have wondered about paint wear/rubbing, have you noticed anything excessive on your installation? Your hull is black, so it would show way more than mine, as my hull is the same color as the bunks. Thanks and look forward to your reply.

@@AjLynn45thParallelFishing that is a great point about the carpet bunks picking up debris all day long in the lot without the boat on it. I like the 303 idea. I will definitely try it! Thanks for the feedback/reply.
