The meat is meant to be chewy so you can taste the fibers, those not familiar with this texture , it may come out hard and tough. It is not meant to be soft and dissolve in your moth.

Mum is very funny. She does not like spicy but she keeps for the most spicy of them all.....the pepper soup which literally is soup with lots of pepper.

I just started 0.1% about 3 weeks ago,I was feeling very irritated at first I’m honestly starting to see an improvement I use it about 3 times a week along with moisturizer,I had started to get adult acne only around my chin area but I use the cream all over.. I’m praying it works thanks for your video you’re beautiful 😍

Tash Mom is a pretender.. Tash enjoyed the food but the mom is just a drama. So Jamaicans do you want to tell me there is no spicy in ya food ? Nigeria food is Delicious and healthier. I tried it before but since then I never stop going for it.

You can use cica based products, gel or cream in day time before or after moisturiser according to consistency

Use sandwich method, moisturiser tretinoin moisturiser or use niacinamide first then tretinoin and then moisturiser. Apply good amount of sunscreen the next day. If required you can apply Vaseline on mouth areas around eyes as a slugging after applied tretinoin and moisturiser

Hey, no twice a nice is too much. I used it once every few days. Using it every night might be too much for your skin especially, when you’ve just started and your skin isn’t used to it

I was on tret 0.05 cream and now I am on 0.1% gel my skin feels irritated today so I didn’t apply but I started using it last Friday every other night after moisturizing I will use every few days going forward. Using it every few days you saw that major change in your skin in months or u up the usage every week or so?
