It was rather unfortunate that this project was unable to gather enough steam. By the way, isn't anyone else suspicious of people like Questlove? i mean, this dude is on all of the black documentaries whether it be this proposed project, the Summer of Soul doc, the HR (lead singer of the Bad Brains) doc, the Fishbone documentary, etc. The shit is strange!

Thanks to all who have viewed and commented! This clip was produced and edited nearly 10 years ago (in 2011). We set out to make a documentary on Roy Ayers.
