Same here sadly this class comes with a mainly Bozos behind the wheel that think slamming and banging is racing. Now dont get me wrong im all for a bump and run but def not on lap 1-10 etc 5 to go sure and its tough racing around guys who are just all over the place smashing from the rear chopping ya etc and we have 18-22 cars to contend with !😡. Fall the Fuck in line and race how ever many laps u have and pace them out

We build our cars, currently we have 2 and we are working on a 3rd. Other competitors (2-3 of them) build their own as well. I’d say most of the guys buy them.

Yes they were! I do miss dirt but sure am having a lot of fun on the asphalt! As you can see the competition is very tight in this class, which makes it soooo much fun!

Yes, we feel like the track missed that call. In any case, we were determined to make our way back through the field. Our car just wasn’t 💯 after hitting the wall in turn 3 in 2023.

wait so at owosso yall have 1/4 second rule even the fast qualifier?? here at kinross the top 4 are exempt to the rule

They implemented that the top 3 are exempt from the break out rule in 2024. So in this case, at the time this race happened, the rule wasn’t in effect.

Fuck all these racetracks that penalize guys for some bumping and banging this class / type of cars so that esp if your on dot Tires and yall have no spoilers these tank size 3000+ # cars can be a handful

Indeed they can be a handful! 3500 pound cars are not easy to slow down, when the 14 and I made contact, it popped our right front tire. It was hard to get off of each other. We’re not 💯 on why the caution was called because there wasn’t any debris from the contact nor did anyone spin… 🤷🏻♂️ we’ll get em next time 💪🏁🏆

I fell the same way, the car still wasn’t handling 💯 after our big wreck on championship night, but it’s getting closer. I felt like the track missed the call on us getting spun out, but you have to take the good with the bad. Hopefully we’ll get a good call in the future! 🏁🏁

Softer front springs and much stiffer rear esp LR springs is the trick today with these cars creating speed.. it’s obvious you got some softer fronts in

What is the point of cutting it up? did you have to fit it in the trunk of your car?

Yeah, with no suspension on the car it was easier to cut it up. We loaded it in a dump trailer and took her to the yard.

Lisle makes a stud driver bearing. Super cheap (like 25 bucks at autozone/Oreilly and cuts out the awkwardness of using a rim and possibly goofing up the lug seats on it.
