Yes a curl cream and mousse are the answer. I also use a water bottle with leave-in. Twist it at night and use a bonnet or take it out and define for the next day. I've made my own clip ins with Heatfree, and I've had my hair for 3 years.

My waist went from 25 to 29 after having 2 kids 😅 i want my small waist/flat tummy back lol. So i should get 1-2 inch size higher than our measurement? So i would order 30"?

Yes do a 30” because you want to be comfortable while wearing the waist beads and as you loose weight you will see the waist bead drop

Please don’t use bEtter Length. They tangle and don’t hold a curl. Just had to dispute it on my credit card. Got refund.
