Arguably the best track on this whole album. What a masterpiece. And what of the horns, crazy the emotion they bring out.

Saw him live, he is like a machine. It was like being hit by a steam train at full speed, incredible. Hardly any talking, just 90 mins of sheer musical power, I was blown away.

I saw them in a small club/venue in Zürich/Switzerland. It was almost too small for Simon Philipps' huge drum set - or the sounds he produces on it.

Tommy walks in, band like - time for a piss break. Tommy's a one-man show. Let's hope he never breaks up. 😜😜

Her artistry is next level, even just the way she sings the note at the end of her solo scat/chord-singing section to signify the return of the full forces of the band (the coda I guess?) is wow. She sings 2 same notes, but the 2nd one has that extra zing of intensity and change of tone that drives the energy into the next section. And her range, my goodness. You should listen to Jazmine Sullivan too (in case you haven't), another singer with outrageous vocal talents, incredible tone, range, control, the lot. Like Lalah. Although she can't sing chords so....

This part is Stevie's Blues. Stevie Ray Vaughan. Maybe the best Electric Blue Guitarist that ever Lived, and Tommy is getting it on an acoustic guitar, albeit it has pickups and a mich inside. His being named a Certified Guitar Player by Chet Atkins means a lot, but it is like calling the Sun Hot, 😂😂😂

You said, "I see where this is going." If only you knew... GOD HIMSELF DIDNT SEE WHERE THAT WAS GOING THAT WAS FREAKING EPIC. Larnell Lewis is my favorite drumset player. Michael League is my favorite Bassist. Cory Henry is my favorite keyboardist. Everyone in this band is a freaking wizard at their instrument

Can you please react to Matt Corby "All Fired Up"? he plays the piano so good and is such a virtuoso. Almost like a musical Savant. Also "Made of Stone" by him is also a gorgeous song on the piano by him. I cannot recommend him enough.

I believe this concert was in Japan. Notice the crowd size. Not what you would see (yet) in US because the musical illiteracy bug is so far up Taylor Swift's unmusical butt to notice. Evidence that if you actually put genius level performers and composers in a group setting, standards will follow. Hiromi, is extremely unique in that she can be accessible to all listeners and is an extraordinary gifted genius( pardon the redundancy). I have seen this video so many times that I have permanent STANK FACE. Side notes: Anthony Jackson is a legend in his own right. Simon Phillips was in Toto for many years and was not on my radar. He was great in that group, but the collaboration with Hiromi as well as his group Protocol really tapped into an entirely different level. This trio disbanded after about 5 years and 5 albums give or take. I think they disbanded about 8 years ago. That is a shame because this is some of their most compelling work. Jackson, hopefully, is doing better after health issues. The studio albums do not have the same energy and I have found that the engineering/ production values somewhat lacking. Ironically, this video is less technically clean than the studio recording but much higher Stank Face quotient. I think you will find that to be true in all of her live youtube recordings. Thanks bro!
