Lovely, real and natural video. We have had artichokes for a few years now and they are one of the most amazing things. We sprinkle a mace and lemon juice seasoning mix over our roasted sometimes which is delicious! Am going to make an artichoke and mushroom soup this afternoon 😀

Great video, we were just talking about these today in class. I use 6 pads either side (under each shoulder) but would like to do this at home and having 12 pads take up quite a lot of space. Thanks a lot :)
