I'm going to guess this documentary won't be honest and admit Moviepass likely wanted to get a cut of concessions and ticket sales if their plan worked. Look at what's going on with the housing market. If Moviepass was successful, the theater owners would have been at their mercy as well as theater goers. They were up to no good.

What a waste of a "documentary". I worked at a theater when this was introduced. It did turn out terrible, but the general public didn't care about it. People who wanted to see bollywood films wanted to use it most of all, but it wasn't included in their subscription. Yes it led to theaters doing their own passes, but this is a waste of time. I doubt people that don't know of movie pass will care to watch this.
