My hair is the opposite of yours. It's so thick and when it's 'dirty' it just clumps up and gets really puffy and doesn't lay flat like yours. I also noticed that I can't keep layering products on my dirty hair because it doesn't take long to get dry and hard again Basically my hair feels it's best when freshly washed. I just know it needs to always be in a stretched style.
@thezencare25 күн бұрын
Oh wow😃, interesting ❤️❤️❤️ Yes, keeping my hair in a stretched style also really helped me in retaining length

I love DIYs you need to seive or strain your diy and then you won't have the small particles. Beautiful job. I like store bought deep conditioners but the ones my hair likes are a bit pricey.

I think 🤔 maybe you have a beautiful amount of sebum that is naturally made over time. So keep doing what you're doing. Look at Green beauty's channel she goes very long periods of time without washing. She does scoop and spread the sebum down the strands. I don't think your hair's all that dirty. ❤
@thezencare29 күн бұрын
Yes.. I love green beauty's content!I've actually watched the video where she spoke about scooping and spreading... but if I remember correctly (I'm not too sure now) I think she uses a spritz she made in that routine too🤔. Thank you so much I'll go watch the video again❤️

@thezencare22 күн бұрын
@@ellakraneuche5382 🤭 I don't do much or anything expensive😅 So I have dry to normal skin, and I gradually built my skin care routine... I didn't start doing all these steps at once The first thing I started with was to repair my skin barrier with *Cetaphil moisturizer* I cleanse with *simple bar soap* ( I maybe upgrading soon) I use the *balance vitamin c serum* and the recent thing I've added to my routine is the *Menarini tretinoin 0.025%* I've used about 3 tubes now😄. My sunscreens are *Hatomugi* (hurts my eyes, but mehn it's so affordable 😂) then *Missha* (which I can use around my eyes, gives me no issues but its more expensive than Hatomugi)

Hi, I apply extra butter to my hair prior to prepoo. In my prepoo I have Shikakai,Amla,n other ingredients that cleans my hair n scalp. My hair is not stripped of my natural oils this method works for my hair and scalp. Then I condition with a moisturizing tea tree conditioner let set for 5-10’mins rinse n apply my Ayurvedic leave-in conditioner cornrows my hair that’s it. I never strip my scalp n hair of it’s natural oil sebum. I do not have a over load sebum. Do exactly what works you 💚 We are all made differently 💚❇️❇️

@oribiedmund-tamnabo3452 ай бұрын
Ps: I also make my deep conditioning treatment. I prefer it to store bought treatments sha. I can only use a few store bought brand because my hair just doesn’t respond to it the same way.

Yesss❤, me too😄, I'm yet to find a store bought deep conditioner that gives me the same experience as a DIY deep conditioner 🙈 although I still incorporate the store bought deep conditioner in my regimen because of the hydrolyzed protein it has😅

How can I grow my hair with your routineif I don't know what is in the shea butter you are using...shea butter you are using? Can you please let me know, since it's a secret ingredient shea butter
@thezencare2 ай бұрын
Hi Jeannie... I'll make a detailed video on this soon... just keep your notifications on, thank you for asking... but my shea butter is a mix of oils(black jamaican castor oil, coconut oil, olive oil, almond oil, regular castor oil) honey and aloe vera gel. The shea mix helps me lock in the moisture longer , moisturized hair is less prone to breakage so I'm able to retain more length.

So I don't know what your hair was like before you cut it ❤️But it's a journey that takes time... there'll be good and bad days... set backs and triumphs ❤️Let yourself love every stage of your hair. ❤️Treat your hair like a plant ... so you'll need to water it regularly that just means ensuring your hair is moisturized using water and conditioners( there's a lot to say 😂) ❤️Think of your scalp as the soil... ensure your scalp is clean and healthy and eat healthy, release stress as much as you can I tried to keep this short but I'll make a video on this soon!!🤗🤗❤️
