Can highly recommend *freezing your butter,* then grating it into your bowl. It means minimal contact with your hot hands, you spend less time with your hands feeling icky (just me?!), and you get a really light dough! 😄

This was the first time I ever saw one of Your videos. I did give You a like and Subscribed to Your channel. This bread looks DELICIOUS!!! I liked that it was just a small teaspoon of sugar put in for the yeast to eat. I heard on another KETO Content Provider that only 1 teaspoon if mixed well will just feed the yeast. It will not throw off Our whole KETO diet. We use Other natural sweeteners for everything else. Anyway, I look forward to trying this one. Thank You for sharing Your talents with Us. I am on a mission to make a gluten free fish sandwich. I miss having crispy fish sandwiches and I bought mahimahi to experiment with. I am going to try your recipe and I am going to use my standard cornstarch recipe and see what happens!!

Question: You recipes call for gluten, white flour what does this mean? I’ve tried several different manufactures and haven’t had that great of luck, so what manufacture of blue flower do you?? plus I live in higher elevations is there any thing you can recommend?

I made this but substituted coconut milk and coconut oil with great success, so no dairy. I didn't have xanthan gum, so 2 tsp of xanthan gum became 2 tsp of psyllium husk and 2 tsp of gelatin (for total of 4 tsp replacement) and since the mixture was too runny despite using a stand mixer, I used crumpet rings to hold the batter into place. Came out great!! Yes guys, you can make it dairy free.

I make a loaf for my husband all the time but I’ve just been diagnosed celiac and wondered can I just do my normal recipe (bread flour, yeast, salt and warm water) and just substitute for gluten free flour? Rather than putting in any other ingredients?

So glad there's actual good recipes for gluten free foods. Thank you, I used a lot of online recipes non turned out well which is upsetting. I recently found I'm gluten intolerant so I've been on a gluten free diet for two months. And it's expensive to buy finish dough and bread etc. So this is so necessary. I wish there were more accounts like yours on the internet. Thanks ❤
