Hello, I am working with a 6.8-inch in-car horizontal bar LCD screen and a RGB LCD HAT. I have not been able to find the correct settings to drive my LCD creen using the HAT. Do you have any information regarding the use of these displays with Raspberry PI? Thank you for any help from you or anyone of your 100k subscribers

I really want to get a MA-5 and gut the main unit and replace it with one of those really small gaming PC handheld units and find a way to build an interface board for the headset to connect to VGA or HDMI out, and replace the keyboard unit with a lightweight 40% mechanical keyboard or something so I can basically upgrade it to the ultimate cyberdeck. But I'll never be able to afford a working MA-5 headset version

Hi, very cool video! I want to make a simple electro galvanic response detector to attach to plants, trees etc and monitor whether they actually react to emotional states. Any advice? Cheers, Dave

I don't know why but I have an addiction to buying rechargeable batteries! I find that EBLs are too wide for some devices as are some others. Eneloops are the perfect size. I tend to slowly switch everything over to rechargeable batteries until I run out and need an excuse to buy myself some more lol. I've got some Laddas somewhere, no idea what device they're in though!

Thanks for this. Unfortunately, those links don't work as they are not currently available on amazon for the LADDA batteries in Canada. I'll have to try to pick them up at an ikea store.

I think that will just carry a extra power pack with me, my luck end up breaking the phone or lose half it's function, to bad can't be where a number of phone, remove the back cover, take out the old, put in the new and snap back the rear cover, Time less than 5 minutes, this one seems take all day and night

Wow, I thought this would be horrible to do compared to the old days of the 70s. One thing you did not discuss was gapping the spark plug?

corrections: I know this video is from 6 years ago BUT there's no excuse for the bad analysis: I just bought regular eneloop AAA - on amazon - made in japan - 12 pack - for $30 (not eneloop pro). and panasonic batteries ARE known for making impressive batteries as the main partner making the tesla cells, which usually maintain about 80% of their life after driving 200,000 miles. also, the idea that these rechargeable batteries are expensive is absurd. do the f-ing math. if a regular high end AAA is about $1 each and a quality rechargeable is 2.5 to even 5 times as expensive - do the math here - can last for even 10 charge cycles you have saved money = less expensive than disposables. BUT. BUT - these eneloops are supposed to last over 2,100 charge cycles bringing the cost down to fractions of a penny per charge cycle. how in the hell can you say they are "insanely expensive???" yes, initially they cost a little more, but even after 5 cycles they are 100% paid for. they could costs $100 per battery and you would still save money.

I have an Ativa MD Pro 1500 shredder which is about 10-12 years old. Recently I was having problems where the paper would shred so many inches and then it would stop and the lights on my power button would light up red and green. I would press the power button into reverse mode and the paper would back up a little and then I hit the power button, and it would shred a couple more inches and then stop again with the red and green lights lit up. I don't shred a lot of paper because most of my bills are paperless, but my wife is old school and prefers paper bills and bank statements. Well, she had built up a small mound of paper to be shredded and there was no way I could get that job done with the problems I was having. Ordinarily I would just trash the old machine and get a new one, but this thing still looks brand new. I decided to take the motor assembly apart and see if there was anything going on there. There was a significant amount of dust and debris in there, so I took the vacuum cleaner and canned air too it and got it looking pretty good. I put it back together and ran some paper through it and after a few sheets, I started having the problem again. While taking the motor assembly apart, I noticed that there is a sensor that points into the bucket where the shredded paper goes. That sensor detects a full bucket and will stop the shredder from working until you empty it. Well, that sensor was plugged in to the main circuit board on the motor so I unplugged it, put everything back together and my shredder works like a champ now. I filled 4 small bags of shredded paper and haven't had any problems since. I know that sensor gets dusty sometimes and you have to clean it but that didn't work for me. Disabling it did. I think the sensor went bad. Disabling it is not a safety issue. You just have to make sure you keep an eye on how much shredded paper is in the bucket. I don't know if all shredders are designed like mine but if you have a problem like I did, this may help you out and save you some money.

They are not the same battery. Holding charge or longevity. You dont test a battery in a day. You test them over time. And like any other thing in Life: You get what you pay for. But it is a nice video for idi oats.

We had a 1st gen Echo in our master bathroom for listening to music in the morning kzfaq.infoUgkxABghAEkaIDGZfHRBH3D3rBrlraNmnC71 and while in the shower. I didn't realize how tinny and awful the sound output on the original Echo was until we replaced it with the Studio. It was a sonic upgrade far beyond what I was expecting. Just wow. I love it because it's like having speakers IN the shower. My friend likes it because the music is so loud that she can no longer hear me singing. So that's a win-win.
