What flash are you using and where do you get such nice bucktails? That saddle is the perfect color also, good saddles are getting hard to come by for some reason.

Can I use the same rod I use for steelhead/salmon or do I need a tougher setup? Any tips you have for equipment needed to chase Musky w/ a fly rod is appreciated. After 7 years catching them w/ the usual casting/trolling tactics, I am ready for a new experience. Thank you in advance.

Hi- Can I ask, I just bought the same reel in a 5/6 wt. For a greys 9'-6wt. Streamflex. When I opened the reel - spool off, I was surprised to see a bearing loose on the spool shaft with a o-ring on each side. But when you put the spool back on, it seems to fit well. Never seen a reel like that ? Think its nornal. Want to use it for light top water lake fishing. Your thoughts ? Thanks for your Ear.

I have been rafting for 35 years in 16' rafts. Never had a trailer roller. I knew a guy that had one and he stepped on it and cracked his head open. Not worth it.

Many days have been saved by cooperative whitefish. I call them freshwater bonefish. 😂 Their presence indicates a healthy fishery, and they are native to Montana, unlike rainbows and brown trout. Good video guys!
