I disagree with the rating of 2.5 Fs. This video gave me enough information to walk into home depot, head straight to the gutter section, and start picking up random parts like "oh yeah, I know what this is." It also gave me the confidence I needed to politely decline an employee who, upon seeing the confused assortment of pieces in different sizes and materials on my trolley, offered his assistance. Drawing on all the knowledge I gained about assembling and installing gutters in my 5 minutes of experience watching a guy on KZfaq, I knew that the parts were all mismatched. I was just deciding what material to go with, and which size gutter. I was gonna put the wrong ones back when I made up my mind. And I'm proud to say that after 15 minutes of fiddling around, I assembled most of the system right there in store to make sure it all fit, and I was ready to leave. I had all the parts I needed, except for the end caps. They didn't seem to have any that fit. They had some that were close, so I was going to improvise. My wife returned at that time with a few things for herself, and asked if I had found everything (she walked off while I was fiddling). I told her yes, except the endcaps don't fit. Her step father has been remodeling homes for over 20 years, and while she has very little hands on experience outside of painting walls, she does have hours and hours of experience watching, waaay more than my 5 minutes. So within seconds of me handing her the caps, she fit them perfectly. I asked how she did that, and she pointed to a sticker on the shelf right above the end caps, with pictures showing how to fit them. Amazing. Again she asked if I was sure I had everything else, and I said yes, because I had everything I saw in the video and I even put it together in the store. Well, most of it... Some of the pieces didn't fit together as easily as the others... And it didn't feel right. She pointed out another sticker, much larger than the other one, that showed a diagram of a completed system with each part labeled, where it fits, and what it's for. So with those couple extra parts added to the cart, I was sure I was ready to checkout and get the job done right. Now here I am, about 2 hours later. I'm proud to say the job was a success. I came back to watch the video a second time, just to make sure I didn't miss anything. But since I was just doing one 10 ft section for a shed, it was pretty straightforward. I'm sure doing a whole house with turns and joints is an entirely different beast than one side of a shed, and maybe 2.5 Fs is accurate for a project that size. My simple project was 0 Fs. Just one really big "I ❤ U" to my wife.

@MrFixItDIY Hi, how do you clean the mower deck after moist grass builds up on it, can you remove the mower deck and spray it with a hose or do you need to keep it dry?

I just purchased one, I am on the fence about it. It is very finicky. I had issues with it leaking and losing the spray. I went through filling the paint cup three times, then had issues with it not being able to prime and spray. Still on the fence, i liked it when it worked.

I do not call myself any type of electrician but I was trying to help a cousin out to get her temporary service pole to pass inspection. They told her that they needed to see a 20 amp GFCI exterior outlet installed for which she asked me to do and I again reminded her that I am no electrician but I would try. Well, I installed it weatherproof box and all, but, she ain't getting any power out of it! I'm pretty sure I saw my mistake watching your video. I think I attached the wires to the wrong plug as the one you installed had a piece of yellow tape across the one plug connection showing that it's for the feed line to the next outlet if used. The outlet I bought didn't have that tag on it so I watched what direction the ground holes in the outlet pointed that you installed.

I remember in the early 1980s helping my dad restore a 1967 mustang and he applied some type of rust eater and it completely dissolved the rust without any sanding or grinding. I don’t know what it was but I’m trying to find something similar to avoid having to grind or sand it off. Does anyone know what does that?

funny to see how i came up with a design very similar to this using osb, 4x4s and 2x4s and casters but I did not include a bottom shelf and made the legs and casters removable for added stability. and added outlets and a undermount light.

Used this with the gen 4 Milwaukee impact driver with new forge battery and I think it’s almost to powerful 😂. Used one of the narrow tips and it came out FAST. Was shocked because of how thick the paint was yet how smooth it layed it down.

my wooden floor is sagging when I walk between supporting 2 x 4s that are laid on the concrete approximately 3 feet apart. I do not know the proper name for those supports so I will refer to them as beams. simply, there are not enough of support beams that are laying on concrete floor, I think they should have laid those supports every foot or so to give it more stability, then put the wooden floor on it. This is a cottage so previous owner did not invest lots of money in quality work. So, because sub-floor is poorly constructed there is a quite of a sag when you step between sub-floor beams, so my question is - can I inject the spray foam between existing floorboards and concrete surface by drilling through the floor boards in order to help stiffen the floor? I am thinking that maybe drilling the holes in the floor on every couple of feet between the supporting beams and injecting the foam will stiffen the floor, then I would lay over this a new hardwood floor. any pros or cons?

Make sure you mark the location of the pipes underground. Because otherwise, it's a headache later on. Most companies do not mark d***, and that's insane. And stupid. Literally no one thought to do this, Or bury a cable with the pipe.
