My idea for RDR game: Around the 1860s, pre and post slavery, before the odriscolls were named their current name, Colm odriscolls (who was then about 15) father is in another gang and is in a massive rivalry, trying to stop the gang going bigtime. His father is a good guy and he isnt the leader, but when tensions arise in the gang due to dutch van der linde spawning fake rumors (he is not in the gang tho) that make the members argue. His father decides to join the other gang because they seem to be nicer, and takes young colm with him. This was a deliberate plot by Dutch so that he could rob the former gang without his defense. Dutch’s girlfriend annabelle also helped rob the place. When colm sneaked out to pull a prank on the other gang and saw this robbery. He threw a rock at her and she was knocked out, so he hung her head on a stake on the way to van der linde territory. Dutch tortures colm’s friend into telling him who it was. Colm finds out about this and smashes his skull with a blunt axe. His heavily drunk father catches him so Colm panics and shoots him in the kidney. He is now slowly falling asleep and colm just smiles and has a conversation with his sobering father as he dies. During the night, he frames dutch as the killer by using a bolt action rifle (the gun Dutch used for the robbery) and shooting his father in the same place. Dutch learns of this by young Arthur scouting the place in return for saving his life, and therefore is not fooled. Colm takes the opportunity to unificate the two gangs and be the leader, ultimately creating the odriscoll gang

I think i have the answer to why Arthur isn't mentioned in rdr1 dont take it the wrong way now but Arthur told John to go and never look back and so he did so John wouldnt open a closed wound but at the same time jacks around 10 years old in the epologe and hes 4 years old in rdr1 so myth busted

As much as it's wanted, RDR3 isn't happening. R* doesn't like competing with itself. When RDR2 came out, it took GTA players away from GTAO, yet GTAO still made more money. Essentially they pitted it against their last big release and it didn't meet the standards, so they abandoned RDR. Hate to say it, but I feel like RDR got the Midnight Club treatment.
