How do I only select part of a street when making a relation for a bus route? The bus travels only on a small section of a street and when I select the road it selects the whole road where the bus doesn't travel on.

Hi @coler154! You'll need to add nodes at the start and end of the section of road you'd like to select. That will add breaks to the line allowing you to choose just that piece. Happy mapping!

@@hackforge Thanks, I figured that out months ago just by reading the OSM Wiki, even uploaded my first bus route for the Transit in my area!

Good video. Query, I want to use my GPS data, whose gpx has already been refined, use it in JOSM, copy and paste, but it comes out displaced, the section in OSM, I don't know what could happen. In JOSM, this coordinate system is located at 3857. I use Garmin. Greetings from Argentina🇦🇷.

Hi @lagocardiel! Sounds like you're dealing with some offset. You'll want to go to the "Imagery" menu and select "New Offset," then you should be able to drag your trace to align properly with the map

is it possible to remove zoom levels from a OSM file? like I just want data until zoom 8, can I delete zoom 9, 10 etc.?

14:20 The route at the bottom in the video is great for cyclists. University Avenue between Huron Church and Ouellette is almost as friendly to cyclists as the riverside path, though. University Avenue is wide and with less traffic. You can bike faster on University Avenue since it isn't shared with pedestrians which is why I've biked on it more often than the path. For cyclists going to work or getting groceries, speed is more important than scenery so University Avenue beats the Riverside Path in that case. Tecumseh Road is also pretty hard on cyclists which would be nice to exclude from the routing or discourage it from routing. It is nice that Justin Lafontaine is giving input on which roads are safer for bikes because he actually bikes a lot.
