Get a skip bin and throw it in that it will save you time instead of double handling. Or go the tarps if you want to save $$$

I was already up there & instead of going back down & setting up tarps this saved me time. Who wants to go up & down a ladder like that get real. It was HOT!!! I completely understand though. How everyone has a better way of doing things but nobody was up there doing it but me.

You should really put some plastic down on the grass. Definitely going to ruin the grass like that plus the numerous amount of nails that will end up in the grass.

We’ve been in business seven years and pretty much have all that figured out. We are professionals with professional tools and equipment. Good advice, though some people would need to do that.

Chipboard is inferior to plywood. Cheap contractors and cheap homeowners go for it though because it's cheaper.

Don't blame the person who did the work. The homeowner might have been a cheapskate and might not wanted to pay extra for sheathing replacement.
