the max speed is 60mph for the wheel under no load so getting even past 50 is impressive but you definitely shouldn't be riding the beeps too hard

I can't even imagine even going that fast on a 16 inch wheel! I've only gone that fast on a 20 inch wheel. It feels sketchy going 40 on my T4 pro. I'm glad you were ok from the crash! Sorry to hear about the wheel. Speedy recovery though!

Terrible tech

Strangely, it wasn’t just the actual crash, itself, that she had a hard time pointing the camera at. What’s the deal with that? She acted like you were talking to HER and that the camera was just an afterthought.

No face protection on a fast EUC is RISKY!! and crazy and bonkers and stupid and dangerous and reckless and irresponsible, to say the least.

You should look into the Commander Pro 50s with the C40 Motor, that wheel seems to be solid unlike the mini which has had a multitude of issues

The best part of the video was the tear down. Especially when he got to the battery. Did you measure the volts? and open it up fully? The manufacturers don't give out any information about the batteries. Would be super interesting to know that after it destroyed itself, what it did to the battery BMS to trigger the instability and the alarm. keen to see a tear down of the battery and Some measurements. Comminity needs this.

I just began riding euc’s and i enjoy riding very much. it is extremely important that manufacturers of these high end electric unicycles achieve a design that will not cut out (turn off power) while riding. i understand that this is a big challenge, but there is no doubt in my mind, that any company that sets their mind and entire company to it, will achieve overcoming this. a close friend said it is the only reason he will not ride euc yet. he said once they get the technology where these can go much faster than anyone would want to ride them, then cutouts will likely occur much less often. that was a really bad crash, and you appear to be in very good health, and very strong. i am grateful that you are okay, and that you were not injured worse than you were. im still studying the technology, but it seems that in order for an euc to avoid cutouts (power loss) possibly much higher voltage systems (250+ volts) greater capacity batteries, and also utilizing a different kind/type of battery such as graphene, which has approximately four times the range (capacity) for the weight (and area usage/space usage). with higher voltage, and four times the capacity, and with much more prolonged power availability, this alone could significantly contribute to reduced cut outs. a lot of people are getting really hurt from power cutouts on the best (euc) wheels made. this would not be acceptable in any other industry, for example, my 2016 zero sr electric motorcycle does not cutout. and i can ride this motorcycle wide open throttle util the battery is completely drained. there is no reason this kind of performance cannot be achieved in the euc industry. euc’s have come a long way fast, and i just ordered a Lynx. but they have a long way to go, and im certain that we will not need to wait long, for an euc that can go twice as fast as you achieved today (the making of your video) and with zero mechanical nor electrical interference (no cutouts) it can be done! “there is always, another way”

That was incredibly stupid. Thankfully you are fine and also wiser, is my guess. Get that wheel back on-running but consider an upgrade. If you wanna go 55+ there's better wheels for that.

I mean why though? You're all geared up and ready for the slide but that just seems like an unnecessary risk pushing the limits of these devices. It's absolutely wicked how quick they are but you're fighting physics at this point. Crashing is inevitable.
