he looks so proud of bein the creator of all these riffs/ tracks...unfortunately I don't like all the things he has done alone...sometimes it seems like those who did "nothing" were maybe the one who did a lot, lol

I saw an episode of Californication, and this tween walked into a room with a t-shirt that said "Fuck Sting", I was absolutely irate. This young fu** has no idea about the genius that made music what it is today, Punk, reggae, alternative have all been strongly influenced by this one man. I love the Police, but lets face it, Stuart and Adny just followed Sting's lead.

What is unbelievable to me is how these songs, like Message in a Bottle , start out as straightforward ideas which I'm sure many musicians are capable of (eg the three chord motif). But Sting's ability to craft it into the song it winds up as.... it's a magic. But it starts out with something you or I could do. Incredible really.

Why does his voice sound so much higher than it does now?

The thanks really needs to go to our wonderful BBC who sent Jool's out to Montserrat to do this in the first place a real gem of music history.. Sting wrote his songs just like we all did back then with a cassette player and whatever you could get basically.

Another great one to compare with the Rick Beato interviews of the three guys. I love to see the songwriting process at work in these original clips.👍👍👍

Rose's theme playing at the end of series 2 when the Doctor vanishes was probably the hardest I've cried over fictional media in my entire life. This song holds a special place in my heart.

This is the only piece of music I cry to in the whole universe, even the medusa cascade can't stop me and do you know why? Because this marks the end of the best era of Doctor Who ever. The era I grew up with. The era I fell in love with and the era that I connected with. This would end up to be the only time I connect with this programme on this deep level. Thank you David, thank you Billie and Thank you Murray for the enrichment you have brought to my life. Without anyone of you. I'm just the doctor without a rose. For anyone reading this do so whilst listening to this recording.

Why Sting doing a mockney accent here? It's years before he even met Guy Richie.
