under this full moon i am letting go of all the judging on myself and the ways that I tell myself I have to constaantly be thinking of what is best for everyone at all times, trying to people please. There's no way I know what is best for everyone, at all times, all at once. I cannot make everyone happy or like me and I don't need to talk to myself in a way that I'm not good cos other people might call me a narcissist if I'm not catering to their every desire and whim. Well. Let. Me. TELL YOU. Been working with cutting cords and this month many of my efforts have come to fluision! I’m 46, my mother just moved out of my home this month in a health loving way❤. My 14 year old gets her room back yay🎉. My boundaries flow easily from my mouth and the Word No has become a full sentence 😮 without attaching that guilty/ resentful emotion to it. However, now that I am in this new space I feel this weird loneliness? A bit out of sorts with myself!
