Do they run a restaurant besides a cafe? Can I eat in the space where the people in the video are sitting?

They sell ice cream, coffee and cupcakes so you can have that while sitting there. There is a restaurant in the just on the left side (same building) that sells heavy food but the space wouldn't have the same decoration as the cafe.

and FYI the decoration is limited time only during comeback/special releases. like this one was during the EXO photobook release, and they'll change it from time to time depending on which artist are promoting
