What would they need gloves for? Because I’ve been in the restaurant industry for years, and gloves aren’t something we’d use for this. Washing your hands is more sanitary than constantly using gloves (also less wasteful).

love the vid but i’d encourage you to review some of your recipe cards. for example cold brews get half the amount of full pumps and shaken espressos get half pumps.

it can get pretty stressful during rush hours, especially with no experience. but it is also very fun and you always learn something new ☺️
