I tried squatting like this the other day and my core quit way before my legs did. I can easily squat the same weight using other techniques, kinda weird.

The best exercise to flatten the tummy. The fat on the belly is triglycerides which is far more dangerous than the LDL.

Almost failed about 3 of these. Burpees were just an all out sprint but really happy with this and everything in total today.
