Tami is definitely the best choice for Lip and if you disagree then clearly you haven’t seen the show completely. Tammy may have come off as rude in the beginning of the show, but as time went by, we see that she can be very nice and caring to those she loves. She is just a pretty defensive woman because her mother died and doesn’t want to get hurt again. We see that she is very loyal to Lip, and defends him from her family and friends. She admires him and he admires her back, genuinely liking each other. Even though they may not love each other yet, the love will grow eventually. Look at the way they look at each other 2:06 🥹

I liked the Tami-Lip couple. She was so fixated on having a premature death it caused her to have a brash and carefree personality. I think because Lip was so candid and willing to work at being with her she finally let her guard down.

I actually like Lip and Tami u know. Just like Mandy, Tami also tried to better Lip and at first it seems like they were not going quite well but their relationship got better and better and cmon Tami fits in well with the Gallagher despite being "miss middle class". And idk why, but I get this vibe, Kate, the actress who plays Tami, she could pull a good Phoebe Buffay in this generation contemporarily

I feel like I'm one of the few fans that doesn't hate Tami. To be honest, I don't like her a whole lot, either. I don;t feel strongly about her at all. But then, I never enjoyed Lip's story lines as much as other fans do, either. Lip is one of my least favorite Shameless characters. (He does have his awesome moments, but I can't stand how arrogant he is and how he always blames others for his own shortcomings.)

If a man talked to a woman in a way even remotely close to how Tami speaks to Lip he would be labeled an abuser, thrown out of his house, and disowned by everyone he loves. Just because she's a pretty woman she gets a hall pass and all the good will society can give someone. I can't tell you how many of us men are in abusive relationships for years and when we finally snap once and say even just a few harsh things in explosive rage we have the weight of the world brought down on our heads and it's called justice.

I bet his cigarette breath was so amazing to where every character wanted to be right in front of him at all times. Dude damn near couldnt go a scene without one lol

Lip had terrible choice in women but Karen and Tammy were the worst is almost like he unconsciouslywas looking for Monica in his girlfriends except for Mandy she should of ended up with him 😩

Why did they keep making him destruct. He could have made it out. why not represent those that make it out? He ends up with one loser after another. The characters get so pathetic and are so weak and disgusting I had to stop watching.
