Not remodeled - flipped. Flippers always focus on the cheap soon to be dated finished but never touch the important things like replacing the old HVAC ,water heaters and the like. Lone Mountain can be an excellent area or a horrible area. Look to see what is surrounding you. A lot of people park their semi trucks, large motor homes and other industrial machinery on their property in these non HOA communities. Also, look on satellite maps to make sure that there are no car junk yards nearby and YES, there are properties with 30, 50, or more vehicles conveniently parked behind the walls. Lone Mountain and Centennial Hills is cheap compared to most parts of Las Vegas for a reason. If you do your research, say away from the section roads on a quiet street you will do very well. Beware of LOUD motorcycles, and loud cars that are very common and Lone Mountain, Ann, Ft. Apache, El Capitan are all attractive to speeding at night. On these homes, many are on a well, septic and propane. Make sure that there is a fire hydrant nearby. Some of these neighbors outside of HOA's don't or a long way away and numerous homes out there have burned to the ground before the fire department could get water.

I dont think that this house is priced correctly. It needs quite a bit of tic and updating with a nice pool cleaning. I would offer 590k at most IMO.

I'm surprised by how cheap it is in terms of sq ft and location. I'm from CA but if we ever move there then I will definitely contact you. This is a beautiful home. Shame it doesn't have a pool.

If I am buying a house like that, it had better be part of a HOA. Certainly don't want the value of my home to drop because of careless and tasteless people around me. Your home is usually your biggest investment. Protect it!

Yes HOAs are definitely helpful although some people aren’t a fan of curtain rules regulations that they provide. This is why section 10 is popular because they provide many million dollar homes with big lots and no HOA at a prime location. I’ve been through the neighborhoods in section 10 and most homes are well kept and look very nice :)

It’s Blue Heron so you know it’s not cheap. This looks like one of their smaller homes so probably in the $3-6 million range. The much larger homes are $10-15 million.
