Agree on Romero. I don't think his leadership in the locker room can be over looked. Trying to build on a new system, Son gone for Asia, Maddison hurt, he's been the rock. VDV had higher highs, but Romero was more important this season for me.

I expect Ange to have a big summer. I expect to see a lot of changes as far as player personnel is concerned. Andrew is looking for a new identity from his players… High for one and totally bought into his vision for the club. I’m gonna give him time to see what he can do with this project.

Ange will win Spurs a trophy without a doubt - put it into context, London derbies lost ok, but so far, after losing Kane, Spurs are scoring the same amount of goals, still within the possibility of conceding less than last season and winning more points than last season. So long as Levy does the unthinkable for him and really let's Ange and Spurs loose in the market to find those high energy players his style needs and compliment it with a striker who has fantastic movement that helps a guy like Son cut in around the back of defences from LW, I'm telling you now... Spurs will win a European trophy if they get recruitment right. Find a CM to compliment Maddison, get that striker in that is fast in thought with their movements. Will Spurs be in the running for Prem title? unlikely but top 4 and even European trophies should be a realistic goal.

Totally agree with you Ben that this summer should now be weighted more towards a continuing re-build, rather than adding the finishing touches. Obv that’s frustrating in many ways, but actually I think that is a positive we can take from the Chelsea game, along with Ange getting angry and his excellent words from yesterday’s embargoed bit of the presser. There’s more clarity on what’s required and for me the good news is I 100% think Ange is the man to deliver, but the bad news is we’re 2-3 years off really challenging. It’s possible that we may not be hugely better next season, which for me is acceptable, so I think it comes down to whether Ange is given the time (he alluded to this yesterday in his bit on progression vs results). I think he has that at board level, but it could come down next season to how much patience the fan base have. Keep it up mate coz I think a lot of people trust your view 👍🏻

With 2 weeks to prepare and rest, the only advantage spurs had was energy which noticeably declined in the 2nd half, I actually think this was a PATHETIC showing from spurs context included, as for why Arsenal wasn't celebrating the first half too much look at the players reactions to the goals as well, Arsenal knew they were overperforming in that first half and equally they performed well in the 2nd half but made costly mistakes.

Come on really! You guys stink and had tons of time to prepare and don’t give me the not playing pretty football. You’re fighting for top 4 and we’re trying to be champions. Have some respect for a real team. Our fans are always better than yours as well as our trophy cabinet. Yours is stinky, smelly, musty because you don’t ever win anything. Spurs went into that game very naïve with 2 weeks extra rest. Arsenal have learnt how to adapt their game, nothing wrong with sitting back and letting other teams have the ball. Ange doesn't look like he wants it realises PL teams have teams who play in many different ways. My two penneth 👍
