Back in the day...when SOME people were kind enough to THINK UP the idea to give other people a *second chance.* Doubt the producers would go for this as a NEW concept nowadays... 🤷♂ Give the player *another* chance?!?!?! Ahhhhh! HELP! Scary!! SCARY!! AHHHHH...AHHHHHHH!!! 😳👺☠

I'LL NEVER FORGET THIS EPISODE! I saw this when it aired! I felt so sorry for poor Robert, until he made it onstage at his last possible chance. I remembered him presenting his thesis on Janice Pennington. And going on to play the old Money Game for that beautiful car, and WINNING IT! AND winning the showdown! AND, best of all, WINNING THE SHOWCASE!! You're the greatest and most deserving winner The Price Is Right ever had, Robert! CONGRATULATIONS!!

I wonder what powers the neon signage for Race Game today. Certainly the technology they used in 1974 to power the neon signage is not in use today (50 years later). But who knows? There are some electronic things in existence that can still work 50 years later even if used regularly. They probably use newer technology.

This is the 1st and only time in the episode Bob didn't bow in front of the audience, before the camera was shot in front of the audience. This was because he announced Janice Pennington's return to the show, after an injury, off-camera. May he #RIP!

love the way they do the price is right since drew took over!! one request he had when he became host was let the models speak!! for years nobody knew what girls like dian or holly sounded like!! drew wanted to change that!! whether it was add their opinion or make a joke or respond to a question the models are allowed to speak and tell everybody what they think

I've seen a few times where holly got a pie in the face on the price is right she played a spoiled kid in a showcase where in the end of it johnny Oleson put a pie in her face I ain't seen that in 45 years , I was only 5 years old but still remember it & the other where holly Janice Diane dressed like keystone cops in a showcase in 1976 doing a tribute to mack Sennet & all three got pies in the face
